After a week of heavy rain, Saturday dawned with a blue sky and a dry day! Shortly after leaving the outskirts of Maidenhead, and negotiating a flooded field, the group headed south across the M4, through Paley Street and the fields around Jealot's Hill. At Moss End, refreshments were had at the Shepherd's House pub before heading back towards Maidenhead via Stud Green and Muddy Lane (which amazingly was not too muddy after the recent rain). The walk ended with refreshments at David and Susan's house.
