Come and spend the long bank holiday weekend in the recently refurbished Rydal Hall bunkhouse near popular Ambleside. Plenty of Wainwrights for the bagging and stunning views (hopefully) from the tops, including Helvellyn, Catstycam, Dollywaggon Pike, and not to mention the wonderful Fairfield Horseshoe from the bunkhouse door. If we’re unlucky with the weather (not going to happen), low level walks from the backyard include Rydal Water, Grasmere and lots of smaller hillocks. Spaces on the Easter weekend are always in demand so book early!
